These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the 520bd platform. They take effect whenever you access 520bd through the website, mobile application, or any of our digital channels.

Prohibited activities

Account termination & suspension

If you wish to close your account for any reason, please contact support. Make sure to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed.

• If you register using false or incorrect information
• If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found

Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned following the required verification process; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of bonus abuse or rule violations.

Limitation of Liability

520bd strives to deliver the highest quality technology and service, though certain limitations on liability do apply.

• 520bd is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues
• 520bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems
• In the event of a technical error from an approved game provider, that provider's own policy applies
• 520bd will not be held responsible for losses resulting from a user's own negligence

Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions
